SDC is now a Dealer for Enercept Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs)
We are proud to announce that Southeastern Development Company, LLC is now a dealer for Enercept structural insulated panels (SIPs). This is in addition to our successful line of modular homes from Epoch and Ritz-Craft, and is in response to our many customers demands for ultra-high energy efficient homes.
Our new line of structural insulated panels are the most fully customized SIPs on the market. Building projects that incorporate Enercept's SIPs typically results in savings of 40-60% on heating and cooling costs compared with "stick built" homes.
